Pizza Express....I know that sounds boring but it's classic, extremely yummy and very good value for money.

The nightlife is incredible! I know for a fact that students from all over the United Kingdom come to party on down in Brighton!

I get good feedback. It's always nice to hear a friendly voice on the phone, or receive a letter saying how much they enjoyed their event.

Singing! I have completed all the grades up to Grade 7 and used to be in choirs all through my school career. Don’t ask me to sing for you though. I feel my singing is at its best when I'm driving along in my car!
